This novel real-time communication technology enables technicians and experts to collaborate in “live” mode and real-time image and sound on complex topics across the world. A technician conducting repair operations in situ can thus have a live conversation with experts based on the other side of the planet via audio and video transmission, to assess the situation in real time. Examples of previously experimented use cases: assistance to construction works, commissioning tests or expert appraisals of facilities.VIB360: Computer-aided engine diagnosis tool delivering a full check in 30 minutes with only 3 sensors
The VIB360 software can trouble-shoot a reciprocating engine and diagnose malfunctions, warn the operator before any downgrading of performance, or handle a sudden engine failure without the need for conventional maintenance, thus providing high-quality and trustworthy expert appraisals through anticipation, resulting in cost savings.
